Shipping
At Zcheer, each piece is prepared by hand and packed with care. Because our botanical incense jewelry is handmade and finished in small batches, orders are usually shipped within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please note that our pieces are made with natural incense materials. Slight variations in scent, tone, texture, and surface character are part of their natural quality and are not considered defects.
To help preserve the fragrance and condition of the piece, please avoid leaving delivered parcels in humid, overheated, or direct-sunlight environments for extended periods.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our botanical incense jewelry, and for reasons of hygiene, fragrance preservation, and product integrity, we accept returns only under limited conditions.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, an item must be returned:
- in its original condition
- with original packaging and included accessories
- without clear signs of wear, moisture exposure, fragrance contamination, pulling, alteration, or damage
- in a condition that allows it to be resold
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- items that show signs of wear, use, moisture exposure, fragrance contamination, or mishandling
- items opened, stored improperly, or altered in a way that affects resale
- handmade pieces with natural variations in scent, tone, texture, or surface character
- custom, made-to-order, or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- the item received
- the packaging
- the shipping label
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
